Rightangled is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable Personal Assistant / PRO to support the setup and day-to-day operations of our new Dubai office. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and is confident in taking ownership of a broad range of responsibilities—from managing administrative processes to supporting senior executives and liaising with external stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient launch of our new office and the continued organisation and effectiveness of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the end-to-end setup of the Dubai office, including suppliers, utilities, equipment, and services.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of setup tasks.
  • Source and manage office supplies and furniture.
  • Maintain an organised and systematic filing system (digital and physical) for office and employee records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses and clear documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of documentation and induction materials.

Requirements

  • Language: Fluent in English (C1 minimum in both, verbal and written) French language is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in an administrative / Public Relations role.
  • Strong personality with the confidence to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital filing systems.
