Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of new business insurance advisors to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive the acquisition of new clients and expand the personal lines insurance portfolio.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to boost market share.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes within the personal lines insurance sector.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong focus on new business development.
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Excellent understanding of the Irish insurance market and regulatory environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret sales data.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and team members.
