Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor comprehensive project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
- Prepare detailed work breakdown structures and critical path analyses for various construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams to identify potential delays and implement mitigation strategies.
- Produce regular progress reports and forecasts, highlighting key milestones and resource utilization.
- Utilize advanced planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) to optimize project timelines and resource allocation.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and project proposals from a planning perspective.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Proficiency in project planning software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
