Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for infrastructure and road projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose effective corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure strict compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Utilize advanced planning software and tools to optimize project timelines and efficiency.
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning for large-scale infrastructure and road construction projects.
- Proficiency in project planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to thrive and work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
