Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for infrastructure and road construction projects.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring strict adherence to established schedules and budgets.
- Identify potential project risks and proactively develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, and various stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Optimize resource utilization and enhance overall workflow efficiency on site.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling for infrastructure and road projects.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Knowledge of local regulations and construction standards applicable in the UAE.
