Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules for high-end joinery works.
  • Coordinate effectively with design teams, suppliers, and site execution teams.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying potential delays and proposing solutions.
  • Prepare and update comprehensive progress reports for joinery-related activities.
  • Ensure all joinery planning and execution adhere to stringent quality standards and specifications.
  • Assist in the efficient resource planning and allocation for joinery production and installation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project planning, preferably within joinery or luxury interior fit-out projects.
  • Proficiency in project planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional coordination.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment focused on luxury construction.
