The Planning Manager will take the lead in preparation of Baseline Programs, Construction Programs, and reporting formats. This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and 15+ years of work experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Take the lead in preparation of Baseline Programs using Primavera P6 software, including resource and cost loading and activity code definition.
- Update and revise the Project Baseline Program as required.
- Prepare Construction Programs, Working Programs, Recovery Programs, and Short Term Look ahead Programs using Primavera P6 software.
- Prepare various reporting formats, setting the project reporting criteria.
- Monitor and control the progress of key activities in engineering, procurement, and construction phases; update Project Schedules using Primavera P6 Software.
- Coordinate and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and Key Performance Indicators for main trades/activities and cost centers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 15+ Years of work experience.
- Hands-on experience in EOT Claims.
- Awareness of critical issues affecting project progress.
- Experience in representing Project Planning Department with exposure to the Client.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 software.
