Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the planning and project controls function for EPC projects.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project control procedures, systems, and tools.
• Oversee project scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, and performance reporting.
• Conduct risk analysis and develop effective mitigation strategies for potential project deviations.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and deadlines.
• Provide regular, accurate reports and updates on project status to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Planning and Project Controls for EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Primavera P6.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and reporting tools.
