Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of plumbers, ensuring efficient project execution and high-quality workmanship.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, developing effective and lasting solutions.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
  • Manage plumbing material inventory, including ordering, tracking, and project planning.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior plumbers, fostering skill development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Plumber Lead or Senior Plumber, ideally in a defense or large-scale facility environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
  • Expertise in plumbing system installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals accurately.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities to address complex plumbing challenges.
