    Key Responsibilities

    • Support project managers and teams in adhering to project methodologies and standards.
    • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and prepare comprehensive reports.
    • Facilitate project planning sessions and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
    • Manage and update project portfolios, risks, and issue logs.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools.
    • Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning for projects.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or project coordination role.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and MS Office Suite.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
    • Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
