Key Responsibilities
- Support project managers and teams in adhering to project methodologies and standards.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Facilitate project planning sessions and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Manage and update project portfolios, risks, and issue logs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools.
- Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning for projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or project coordination role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
