Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize complex data.
- Connect to various data sources, perform data modeling, and ensure data integrity.
- Translate business requirements from Finance and HR departments into technical specifications.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all reporting solutions.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve existing reports and dashboards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Power BI Specialist or Data Analyst, preferably 5+ years.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and DAX.
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and present findings clearly and concisely.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in Finance or HR data analysis within a large organization is a plus.
