Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies and models for Stryker’s product portfolio across the MENA region.
• Conduct thorough market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and profitability assessments to inform pricing decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure pricing alignment and market penetration.
• Manage and optimize pricing tools, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor pricing performance, track key metrics, and recommend adjustments to achieve commercial objectives.
• Support new product launches with effective pricing strategies and implementation plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in pricing management, preferably within the medical technology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in advanced Excel, data modeling, and pricing software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
• Understanding of MENA market dynamics and regulatory requirements is highly advantageous.
