    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s privacy program and policies.
    • Ensure compliance with national and international data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, local regulations).
    • Provide expert advice on privacy matters to various business units.
    • Conduct privacy impact assessments for new projects and technologies.
    • Manage privacy-related incidents and data breach response procedures.
    • Oversee privacy training and awareness initiatives for employees.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in privacy management or a similar legal/compliance role.
    • In-depth knowledge of data protection regulations, particularly GDPR.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to advise senior stakeholders.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM) are a plus.
