Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s privacy program and policies.
- Ensure compliance with national and international data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, local regulations).
- Provide expert advice on privacy matters to various business units.
- Conduct privacy impact assessments for new projects and technologies.
- Manage privacy-related incidents and data breach response procedures.
- Oversee privacy training and awareness initiatives for employees.
Requirements
- Proven experience in privacy management or a similar legal/compliance role.
- In-depth knowledge of data protection regulations, particularly GDPR.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to advise senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM) are a plus.
