    Job Responsibilities

    • Clearly explain policy terms, coverage, exclusions, and premiums to customers.
    • Generate new business through leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
    • Accurately process applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
    • Assist clients with claims processing, documentation, and resolution.
    • Ensure compliance with insurance laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Maintain professional communication with customers and stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Education: Any full-time graduate (10+2+3).
    • Experience: 1–6 years in international insurance domain (mandatory).
    • Skills:
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Knowledge of insurance processes (claims, policy servicing, renewals).
      • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
    • Other:
      • Salary must have been credited through bank accounts with previous employers.
      • All educational and employment documents required.
