Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize process control systems to ensure stable and efficient manufacturing operations.
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repair of control instruments and automation equipment.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial networks to minimize downtime.
- Implement and test new automation solutions and control strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance standards in all process control activities.
- Collaborate effectively with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to enhance operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Control Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process control within a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Proven proficiency in programming and troubleshooting PLC/SCADA systems (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell).
- Strong understanding of industrial instrumentation, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
