Malaffi is seeking a dedicated Procurement Coordinator to join their team in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This role involves supporting purchasing activities and ensuring efficient procurement processes within the region’s first Health Information Exchange platform.

Malaffi is the region’s first Health Information Exchange platform, that safely and securely connects public and private healthcare providers in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Malaffi enables the meaningful, real-time exchange of important patient health information between healthcare providers, creating a centralised database of unified patient records, improving healthcare quality and patient outcomes. Malaffi (Arabic for ‘my file’) is operated by Abu Dhabi Health Data Services – Sole Proprietorship LLC (ADHDS), a M42 company, established as a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) with the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH). As part of the DOH’s strategic priorities, Malaffi is a key component of the digital transformation of the healthcare system in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute purchasing activities for goods and services.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
  • Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Support the procurement team in daily operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
