Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers, contractors, and service providers in line with project requirements.
- Manage the full procurement cycle from requisition to purchase order and delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to achieve cost savings and quality standards.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with UAE laws, company policies, and project specifications.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Civil/Construction Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in the UAE construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, supplier sourcing, and contract administration.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP or procurement systems is an advantage.
