Key Responsibilities

• Study material and subcontract work requirements according to contract documents.
• Prepare RFQs including specifications, drawings, and bills of quantity.
• Evaluate quotations for compliance and negotiate for favorable terms.
• Produce price and technical evaluation reports with recommendations.
• Review technical data from bidders and coordinate with project teams.
• Prepare contract agreements and follow up on bank guarantee submissions.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree in Mechanical
• 5 years of relevant work experience in MEP.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate technical specifications and commercial terms.
• Familiarity with construction-related materials and technologies.
