Key Responsibilities
- Study material and subcontract work requirements according to contract documents.
- Prepare RFQs including specifications, drawings, and bills of quantity.
- Evaluate quotations for compliance and negotiate for favorable terms.
- Produce price and technical evaluation reports with recommendations.
- Review technical data from bidders and coordinate with project teams.
- Prepare contract agreements and follow up on bank guarantee submissions.
Requirements
- Engineering Degree in Mechanical
- 5 years of relevant work experience in MEP.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate technical specifications and commercial terms.
- Familiarity with construction-related materials and technologies.
