This role involves managing the day-to-day procurement of mechanical and HVAC systems, ensuring technical compliance and cost control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, RFQ/RFP preparation, and supplier negotiations, contributing to the success of large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare RFQs and RFPs with accurate scope, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
  • Conduct technical and commercial evaluations and prepare detailed comparison sheets.
  • Support negotiations on pricing, delivery terms, warranties, and technical compliance.
  • Issue Contracts, POs, and LOIs in line with approvals and the authority matrix.
  • Maintain procurement logs and long‑lead item trackers.
  • Coordinate with Engineering on approvals and design changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in mechanical/HVAC procurement or execution within the construction industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Hands-on experience with RFQ/RFP preparation, technical & commercial evaluations, and supplier negotiations.
  • Proficiency in ERP and e‑procurement systems.
