Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize procurement processes for luxury real estate development projects.
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers and contractors to ensure optimal quality and cost.
- Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with vendors and service providers.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Implement strategic procurement initiatives to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and the supply chain network.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Demonstrated strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in procurement software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
