Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic procurement and sourcing for MRO and industrial services categories.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and cost efficiency.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with key suppliers, establishing strong vendor relationships.
• Monitor supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement within the procurement function.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement, specifically within MRO and industrial services, preferably 2 years or more.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities with a focus on cost optimization and value creation.
• Proficiency in procurement systems and ERP software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
