Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for various projects and operations.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and quality.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate delivery schedules effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement procurement best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar procurement role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with procurement software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, diversified investment environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
