Key Responsibilities

• Place orders with local and international suppliers and follow up on order confirmations and invoices.
• Create Purchase Orders (POs) and Bills in Zoho, ensuring validation against physical deliveries.
• Review supplier invoices and payment schedules, coordinating with the Accounts team.
• Validate damages/stock and communicate discrepancies, tracking FOC items and samples.
• Provide support on warehouse, stock movement, or inventory tasks as needed.
• Ensure credit notes are created for missing pieces, damages, or opened testers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Zoho (or similar ERP systems) for PO/Bill creation and inventory records.
• Familiarity with UAE customs, FTA regulations, and Freezone procedures is desirable.
• Excellent command of documentation and reconciliation skills.
