Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for Jobgether’s AI-powered platform.
- Conduct market research and user analysis to identify new opportunities and features.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on user feedback and business goals.
- Monitor product performance and iterate on features to maximize user engagement and satisfaction.
- Lead product launch activities, including communication and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS or marketplace platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in product development.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to define and deliver successful products.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
