Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the production lifecycle of IT solutions for EdTech startups.
- Coordinate with various teams (development, QA, product) to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Implement and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices in all production activities.
- Report on production metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in production management or project management within an IT/Software environment, preferably EdTech.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
