Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic program initiatives for ADSW within the clean energy and sustainability sector.
• Develop and implement comprehensive program strategies, ensuring alignment with Masdar’s corporate objectives.
• Oversee program planning, execution, budgeting, and resource allocation to achieve defined goals.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments, government entities, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor program performance, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports on program progress, outcomes, and impact for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in program or project management, preferably in clean energy or events.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is highly advantageous.
