Key Responsibilities

• Organize programs and activities in alignment with the mission and goals of the organization.
• Develop and monitor budgets and operating plans for each program based on related project budgets.
• Coordinate cross-project activities to ensure smooth collaboration and progress.
• Lead and evaluate project managers and staff, holding them accountable for performance and results.
• Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are met.
• Analyze program data, develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support the program team and PMO.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business or related field.
• A minimum 7 Year Experience.
• Proven experience in program management.
• Proven stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
