Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of educational programmes and projects for migrant populations.

  • Monitor programme progress, evaluate outcomes, and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Ensure that educational initiatives are culturally sensitive and meet the specific needs of diverse migrant groups.
  • Manage project resources and budgets efficiently, adhering to IOM’s operational standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in programme management, specifically within education, humanitarian, or development sectors.
  • Demonstrated understanding of migration dynamics and the educational needs of displaced or mobile populations.
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex and challenging field environments.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
