Key Responsibilities
- Drive project vision, strategy, governance, and decision-making; manage the leadership team; report to senior leadership.
- Serve as senior point of contact for investors, authorities, consultants, contractors, and hospitality operators; represent the project externally.
- Oversee design, procurement, construction, commissioning, FF&E/OS&E integration; monitor milestones, budgets, quality, and risk; resolve major challenges.
- Ensure luxury brand standards, regulatory compliance, safety, and sustainability initiatives.
- Manage budgets, cost control, procurement, contracts, and ROI.
- Build and mentor high-performing multidisciplinary teams; set performance metrics and foster collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or similar.
- 20+ years in real estate development/project delivery, with 5+ years as Project Director or equivalent.
- Proven delivery of luxury residential or hospitality projects (AED 1bn+).
- Experience with international hospitality brands and UAE/GCC construction regulations.
- Strong leadership, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
