Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage project teams, including contractors and sub-contractors, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or project management, preferably in construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
