Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure and road construction projects.
• Support senior engineers in site supervision, ensuring work is carried out according to specifications and drawings.
• Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and other project-related documentation.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and various project stakeholders.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards on all project sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• This is an entry-level position, ideal for fresh graduates with a passion for infrastructure development.
• Basic understanding of civil engineering principles, especially in infrastructure and road construction.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective teamwork.
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD) and MS Office suite is highly advantageous.
