Job Overview
Fangda Facade is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end façade projects across Dubai and the wider Middle East. You will steer planning, execution, and close-out while safeguarding scope, time, cost, quality, safety, and compliance. Partnering closely with design, engineering, construction, suppliers, and clients, you’ll resolve technical issues, manage risks, and ensure installations adhere to drawings, specifications, and regional codes—delivering landmark curtain wall systems on time and to Fangda’s tier-one standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close façade projects in line with objectives, schedules, budgets, and quality KPIs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (design/engineering/site/suppliers/client) to maintain progress and resolve issues.
- Conduct site inspections to verify installation quality, safety, and conformance with specs and shop drawings.
- Identify risks early; implement mitigation and recovery plans; update strategies when deviations occur.
- Prepare/review progress reports, material POs, change orders/VOs, RFIs, and handover/acceptance documents.
- Ensure compliance with UAE/Middle East building codes, HSE, and environmental requirements.
- Provide regular client updates, manage expectations, and secure stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years façade project management experience in the UAE/Middle East.
- Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems and regional codes/standards.
- Fluent English; Arabic an advantage.
- Member of Society of Engineers – UAE; UAE façade/engineering certifications preferred.
- Background with large-scale façade enterprises is a plus.
