CSCEC Middle East is seeking a Project Manager to lead a project team in a large-scale High Rise Towers Project in Dubai. The Project Manager will be responsible for the entire project management plan and overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day management of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire project management plan, including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, and human resources.
• Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of construction projects and coordinate work performed by staff.
• Identify key risks and opportunities in all aspects of the project, including contracts, designs, budgets, and project delivery.
• Create an environment for exceptional team performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Develop and administer project budgets, fiscal controls, contracts, and quality control provisions.
• Coordinate the production stage of Joinery units, ensuring adherence to project design, budget, program, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in High Rise Tower Projects.
