Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects focused on empowering young adults and improving their future prospects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the NGO or youth development sector.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to drive projects forward.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Passion for youth empowerment and social impact.
  • A deep understanding of the local Norwegian context and youth support programs.
