Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage building construction projects from planning to execution and delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Oversee on-site operations, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, resolve issues promptly, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in building project management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in French and English.
- Thorough knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
