Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline adherence.
- Coordinate project teams, resources, and stakeholders for optimal project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to management and clients.
- Ensure all projects align with Trustteam Luxembourg’s strategic goals and quality standards.
- Manage client expectations and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT services sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving attitude with strong analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
