Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules and plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and support corrective actions.
- Coordinate effectively with various divisions including Interiors, Building, and MEP for integrated planning.
- Prepare and update essential project documentation, reports, and forecasts.
- Provide strong support for general project management and administrative tasks.
- Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Associate Project Planner or in a similar planning role (2 Year+).
- Strong understanding of fundamental project planning principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in relevant project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic construction environment.
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
