Key Responsibilities
- Provide extensive administrative support to project managers and team members.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of project documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
- Maintain and update project files and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Support the monitoring of project timelines and assist with various project-related tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or project support role, ideally within the construction or real estate sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic project team.
