Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for modular manufacturing projects.
• Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.
• Oversee procurement processes, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering and PMP Certification is a must.
• Proven experience as a Projects Manager in high-end Fit-out projects in the hospitality sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Minimum of 8 years of Previous related experience in project management.
