Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and generate new leads for property sales and rentals.
- Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on real estate investments.
- Facilitate property showings, negotiations, and closing processes.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the Huspy team to leverage technology for seamless client experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales or property consultancy (5+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
- Ability to work independently and driven by commission-based incentives.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital tools.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
