Key Responsibilities

• Analyze tender documents to understand technical and commercial requirements.
• Prepare invitation-to-bid packages for suppliers and subcontractors.
• Evaluate bids both technically and commercially.
• Prepare technical and commercial documents post-award for handover to relevant departments.
• Attend client meetings to address commercial and technical queries.
• Ensure all activities comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the industry.
• Experience in dredging and marine projects is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work with estimators and budget controllers.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and company policies.
