Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to daily incoming emails and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding product availability, expiry dates, and production plans.
- Track purchase orders and verify ETA with vendors.
- Coordinate shipping documents and communicate with airlines regarding shipment status.
- Assist the sales team with product availability, delivery updates, and purchase orders.
- Follow up with FANR and MOHAP for pending permit approvals and resolve any issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain—preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical field.
- Strong understanding of import/shipping documents and vendor coordination.
- Experience using ERP systems; NetSuite experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of FANR and MOHAP procedures is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
