Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC plans and procedures for civil engineering projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
• Monitor and verify the quality of materials, equipment, and workmanship.
• Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare detailed QA/QC reports, documentation, and handover files.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to resolve quality issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control roles within civil engineering or construction.
• Strong knowledge of international and local construction standards and quality control procedures.
• Proficiency in analyzing technical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural project environment.
