Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement comprehensive Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) procedures for civil engineering projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections, material testing, and quality audits to ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed QAQC documentation, reports, and records, including non-conformance reports and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues proactively.
• Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials throughout the project lifecycle, from procurement to final handover.
• Ensure all civil works comply with local and international quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a QAQC role within the civil construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and procedures (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using relevant QAQC tools and software.
