ATGC Transport and General Contracting L.L.C is seeking a QHSE Director to join their team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The QHSE Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) programs within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
• Manage incident investigations and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Provide training and awareness programs.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the company.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QHSE Director or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of QHSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to conduct effective training programs.
• Experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Relevant QHSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
