Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality control checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards and specifications.
• Record and analyze quality data, identifying trends, deviations, and potential areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement effective corrective and preventative actions.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all quality assurance activities and results.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, industry standards, and company quality policies.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills for precise quality assessment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting and interaction.
• Basic understanding of quality control procedures and measurement equipment (desirable).
