Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control plans and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and audits of project activities to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Ensure adherence to international industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and client specifications.
  • Identify, document, and address non-conformities, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare and present detailed quality reports, documentation, and performance analyses.
  • Lead, mentor, and train quality control team members on best practices and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably within the energy infrastructure sector.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant international quality standards, such as ISO 9001.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholders.
