Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage quality assurance processes and teams effectively, ensuring operational excellence.
• Develop and implement robust quality control standards, procedures, and methodologies.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance data, identifying trends and areas for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and other teams to embed quality throughout the product lifecycle.
• Train, mentor, and guide team members on quality best practices and compliance requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, company quality policies, and international standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control leadership role, preferably within manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing quality assurance team.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a closely related technical field.
