Key Responsibilities

• Operate reach stackers safely and efficiently for loading, unloading, and stacking containers.
• Perform daily pre-operation checks and maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure accurate placement and movement of containers according to operational plans.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with ground staff and supervisors.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Reach Stacker Operator, minimum 2 years.
• Valid heavy equipment operator license relevant to reach stackers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced port environment and handle heavy loads.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and operational protocols.
• Physical fitness and ability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
