Key Responsibilities

• Collecting property information and arranging marketing materials.
• Staying updated on residential property market rules and regulations in Dubai.
• Creating and attending property valuations and viewings.
• Negotiating with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords.
• Monitoring sales and lets with support from Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams.
• Generating new business through the company database and networking.

Requirements

• Experience within sales is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Presentable, professional, and honest demeanor.
• Strong networking skills and a positive, hard-working attitude.
• Fluency in a second language can be advantageous.
• UK/UAE driving license and own vehicle (hire car or company vehicle available at your expense).
